ABSTRACT
El presente trabajo se inscribe como parte de un conjunto de estudios que han iniciado en el marco del proyecto de investigación UBACyT (2014-2017) "Intervenciones de los equipos de orientación escolar: entre la habilitación de los sujetos y la creación de condiciones institucionales". Se tomará como objeto de estudio la Dirección de Psicología Comunitaria y Pedagogía Social de la provincia de Buenos Aires con la intención de investigar los efectos del discurso psi sobre el sistema educativo. En consecuencia se llevará a cabo un análisis a través de la historia de la organización indagando líneas de continuidad y discontinuidad entre sus prácticas. En principio estudiando la configuración de un modo de trabajo definido como "organización escolar" y caracterizado por un abordaje individualizante sobre el sujeto escolar. Luego, a través de la creación de los Equipos de Orientación Escolar, hacia una modalidad contextualista de intervención institucional.
This work is part of a set of studies that have begun in the framework of the research project UBACyT (2014-2017) "Interventions of school counseling teams: between the empowerment of subjects and the creation of institutional conditions". The Direction of Community Psychology and Social Pedagogy of the province of Buenos Aires will be studied as an object, with the intention of investigating the effects of psychological discourse on the educational system. Consequently, an analysis will be carried out through the history of the organization, studying lines of continuity and discontinuity between its practices.
